Duty Drawback
Recover customs duties paid on imported inputs used in exported goods — maximize refunds with expert claims processing.
Overview
Duty Drawback is a refund of customs duties (and sometimes central excise) paid on imported or domestically procured inputs that are used in the manufacture of exported goods. It is governed by Section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962.
